The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Youth Team, to using their creative gifts the Production or Creative Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with the Dream Center Team—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

ADMIN SUPPORT TEAM
Our team uses our gift of administration to support Discovery teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details.

Our team prepares for and hosts the Discoverys' baptism experience.

Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and support every area of our church, including baptism, conferences, and special events.

DREAM CENTER TEAM
Our team facilitates various serve opportunities through the Discovery Dream Center.

GREETER TEAM
Our team welcomes people to Discovery as they enter the building and hands out service resources at the entrance to the auditorium.

DISCOVERY TRACK HOST TEAM
Our team serves as the hosts of the Discovery Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Discovery.

DISCOVERY KIDS CHECK-IN TEAM
Our team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in and dropping off children in our Discovery Kids Buildings. Age: 18 +, Live Scan

DISCOVERY KIDS ELEMENTARY TEAM
Our team invests in the lives of children who are in Kindergarten-2nd grade. Our focus is on spiritual growth, character development, and cultivating a love for Jesus that will carry them into their next season of life. Live Scan Required

DISCOVERY KIDS JV DREAM TEAM
The JV Dream team is a leadership development opportunity for students in 6th-12th grade, led by our Discovery Kids and Discovery Youth teams. Students can serve without a parent as they learn to serve and lead in Elementary and Preschool.

DISCOVERY KIDS EARLY CHILDHOOD TEAM
Our teams serve children in the Nursery through Preschool. Our goal is to nurture their faith, encourage curiosity, and demonstrate God's love through every interaction.

DISCOVERY KIDS EARLY PRETEEN TEAM
Our team builds up and equips children 3rd-5th grade. Our team helps provide a space for children to ask big questions, build a strong faith foundation,  and help to mentor and guide them on their journey. Live Scan Required

DISCOVERY YOUTH TEAM
Our team helps middle school and high school students get connected to our Discovery Youth ministry through Wednesday Night Team, Mentoring in Small Groups, retreats, conferences, and serving at the Discovery Youth area on Sundays.

Our team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists throughout the worship environments at Discovery.

YOUNG ADULTS TEAM
Our team helps young adults ages 18-25 get connected to our YA Ministry through our monthly YA services, Small Groups, outreaches, and events. There are monthly serve opportunities on our experience team and opportunities to lead a YA Small Group.

ONLINE CAMPUS
Our team connects with guests of Discovery from near and far through our Online Campus experience. We serve people in a live chat environment by warmly welcoming them to church, helping them find their next step, and praying over their needs.

Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.


CAFE TEAM
Our team creates a welcoming environment by providing service at our cold brew coffee station and we model generosity by serving free warm coffee and donuts to all guests.
